Our operations, including the handling of API logs, are hosted on AWS, ensuring high standards of data security and protection. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of any data we handle, including our API logs.
API logs are retained only for the period necessary to ensure proper functioning of our service, troubleshoot any issues, and comply with our legal obligations. We regularly review and delete unnecessary log data.
You can request to view, update, or delete any enriched data results by managing your spreadsheet content directly.
As we do not store your data, you have full control over your data's portability through your spreadsheet application.
SheetX does not knowingly collect or process data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
As we use AWS for our operations, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
